Why have I developed Allergies as an Adult?

It is estimated that about 26% of adults, and 19% of children, have seasonal allergies, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  There are a number of factors that can affect the immune system and cause the development of allergies, including puberty, pregnancy or significant illnesses.
